A Great Pick-Up Line

My favorite pickup line would be (not likely successful): Hello I am (name), you should remember my name, because you will be moaning it all night.

How to get rid of the BlackBerry footer in Aardvark

When using Aardvark (vark.com) via email on a BlackBerry smartphone, each reply ends with "Sent by BlackBerry smartphone", even though Aardvark usually cuts off footer lines in replies.

The reason for this is that the BlackBerry footer doesn't have any separator that the email parser can find.

This can easily be fixed by two alternatives

First alternative:

Adding two "-" signs in a single line at the end of the message.

Example:

Subject: Re: (Aardvark) Question about *BlackBerry*

Some helpful answer (probably)

anything from here is cut off ...

Second alternative:

To permanently add a separator before the footer so that you don't have to type it into the message, try editing the footer text on the BIS email profile (where you also add new email addresses, the url is something like https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=carrier)

like this:

--
Your footer message goes here.

(you can also delete the footer completely if you prefer)

Twitter spam account resale?

More by chance I noticed that I am following a twitter account called something like Greyson Chance fanclub Germany, which I didn't (knowingly) follow before. It turns out that the account is older than the Youtube post by the guy, so this cannot be a account that was legitimately created. The account contains one post via API from February, so I probably followed the account under some other name since it was not obvious spam and the account was later sold and renamed.

This would explain the frequent accounts that have no or only one post but are following everybody.
